Champions that are not fun to play against

vayne is easy, so is veigar. nasus i do agree, pretty hard, but stop complaining and play them then
Yasuo. From level 1 - 29 I have had to face a yasuo on the enemy team like every game in normals and half were trash plat players that were queueing up with their low level friends. The funny thing is they lose lane and still spam masteries at players that arent even level 30 yet or have any fundamental knowledge of the game. Yet they lose lane and cant carry but still all chat and blame their team
Those champs all have one thing in common - they're strong late game and weak early.

Vayne i will admit tends to have aggressive burst down kit, but when one thinks of it on a larger scope part of the reason is because she uses a kit made to aggressively harass an opponent but without any rank stacking in Q and opponents being extremely aware for her wall stun knockback move in E. She can end up starving like typical assassins and like any good assassin, if they can't get fed, they can't snowball or thrive for that matter. Long as Vayne is locked down from rushing on you she can't hope to take lane dominance and if she gets walled to her own turret, she is going to need a jungle gank to flip the favors since she won't be able to use the bushes to get in her free high damage pokes and what not.
Though i have not been able to face any vaynes recently or even any in months, since its been mostly people defaulting to more mobile utility and longer range working champions like Lucian, Miss Fortune and Draven, because just like Vayne they can stack armor penetration and harass poke alot better in the process. I'm very sure Vayne may of also had similar gags going on where she would rush armor penetration or items so she could have high move speed for better poke, aggressive mow downs, since just like the 3 i mentioned, she does not need to make use of 'Critical Strike Chance' to thrive on damage.
Though i you want REALLY retardedly annoying champions to go against:
: A Insane amount of CC(Auto attack can root a target, a blitzcrank/thresh like hook that can let them pull themselves too, plus a slow AoE and a auto can't escape knock up ultimate), can even go jungle or support on top of being top lane and can just build tank, still damage you hard and once he has deadman's plate, just like any tank build who uses the item they are practically impossible to chase without similar move speed bonuses and they have no trouble chasing you down too. Especially since the move speed you gain from Deadman's plate is like the equilvency of 2 % move speed items. Even with the 'downside' of losing the 'move stacks' by being hit by slow.
: Just like how Azir was for a while, he can just play the harass game thanks to his turrets and poke you with ease with his silly little snipe missile spree which even if you manage to dodge the center point, you likely are still going to get poked by part of it still, his stun or slow bomb depending on the impact just adding to part of the harass derp power he has and he always rushes a zhonya's early for most players who use him just to pop their ultimate turret then use zhonyas and free harass anyone who tries to trade or gank him. His passive ain't as big of a annoyance, but by giving a tiny health regen to his turrets and his allies nearby is just a added bit of salt that lets him make it even more annoying to take out his turrets and he can help team mates recover health a bit faster just by staying near them.
: This champ is basically the bread and butter of a mage who can screw around with you and then just ultimate you and you basically die, since she has quite a sizable range for her kit, it gives her plenty of breathing room to 'run away' if things look bad for her, even though she has no way to escape except spawn a orb right on her and use her knock back to quickly stun someone who jumps on her.

: These two might as well be clones of each other, attack speed craziness plus ways to deal extra boom damage, except the former can mini'stun anyone else who joins in on the party while he's busy killing one opponent and the latter basically goes into a attack speed crazy hype thru the passive to spam third hits like Xin, to throw out huge damage bonus on hits and the active lets him get a burst of armor to live long enough for those bursts to kill an opponent. Not to mention both can basically jump on targets with a simple mouse move and click.
Doesn't help either when certain scum picks over'populate the default picks to where i rarely see a

Especially when some of them were pretty good and then some of them even had very strong gimmicks like Kled being able to charge straight into a fight and carry team mates with him to the fight also.

About Vayne... be very aware of her passive. When moving toward opponents, she gets bonus move speed. So if you just run away, she'll run you down every time. You must kite her. Keep stopping to aa her as she follows you. You'll take damage, but you're going to anyway since she can outrun you. If she's also taking damage, she may break off the attack. It also means that once she's running away from you, she's slower. If you lead her to a teammate, you may be able to turn around and get a kill.
