Why Is that the Count Kassadin skin make Kassadin look tiny compared to his other skins?

Just bought this skin for him being really excited for a new skin like Kassadin. But was kinda disappointed when Kassadin looked like a yordle! Maybe riot could revert his size idk i think the effects and overall skin is great but the size is pretty awkward for me.
