i think i remember seeing her getting her W changed to give mana again but i don't remember if it was reverted or not just wondering because i've had a soraka in i think every single game that i have went bot lane in the past 6 matches, and it is the dumbest, most uninteractive, and most unfun thing to play against bot lane.
Sort of, her Q and W are seeing some work. This has been reversed at least once but now they seem to be going throe with it. I think its overall a slight nerf with a nice speed boost, but it may turn out to actually be a buff overall, we'll have to wait and see.
Makes me wonder how much people will be bitching about her in the future if it turns into a good buff. XD
Q will now grant a heal over time that will not stack for multiple targets hit (as far as I can tell,) so when they tower dive you, you won't be able to really do anything about it.
Other than that I feel like Nami is just a better option for healing/cc, but I'll save judgement for when the update actually goes out.

She's losing her ability to burst heal, and she can't stay in the back to be effective. Whether or not that's offset by the +15% movespeed away from champions after landing her Q remains to be seen.
Personally, I think she's getting nerfed pretty hard, but we'll have to see when it ends up on live.
