I am struggling all of a sudden in ranked

I don't know what is happening, I am just suddenly losing game. I know a reason might be tilt, but overall, I am not sure what is going on. I was doing fine playing my champions after I dropped my one-trick. I had a lot of success, but I am no longer performing like i used to.

Any Ideas on why? One idea that I have is, the dark harvest meta is screwing with me. The amount of damage in the game is too high right now. Plus it is preseason, so some of my games are low gold with low plats.
