getting placed into silver/ gold directly as a new player to ranked does NOT mean you belong there

it DOES generally mean you have the mechanical skill of that elo, but i can guarentee you, unless your a smurf on an alt. you do NOT have the game knowledge of the all champs their skills and their matchups,

if you can CLIMB to an elo by yourself, such as from bronze to silver or silver to gold. then you can rest assured you are at least belong at that elo or higher.

but as someone who even in season 3 ranked into silver 1, i can say for certain.. i was nowhere NEAR the skill level of a silver 1 at that time. ranking into silver is stupid easy..

climbing from bronze to silver is a whole hell of a lot harder
