Draft Pick Summoner Spells

So, as some of you may has noticed, when in draft pick, if you're forced into a new pool, they'll keep the rune page and masteries, but not your summoners. For me, this has lead to multiple games of no smite jungle, one with shaco, one with kench.

So can we please keep summoners between modes?
