Can riot fix Platinum division?

Lets face it right now platinum is the worst division in the game and that because the 90% of the are boosted "diamonds" who drop from diamond all the way back to platinum or very low platinum

And they just destroy the game i mean i have 3 alt accounts i have escape platinimum 3 times but every time i enter platinimum its the most sad experience ever because simple you get this teams of people who have no idea what they doing and they sad to watch them play

And i am pretty sure everyone who have escape platinum can agree that platinum division need a fix riot really need to start monitor that division

the 90% of the players in that division are BOOSTED and that not something from my mind if you play 10 games in platinum you would realize that
