unbalance of everything

Ive always liked this game but currently it just feels like u made all the wrong choices with these changes. Why when im playing non ranked am i playing platinum players who just troll and my friends and i who are trying to get synergy together cant even leave our base. Im not sure if there even a game that exists with random rng rankings for non ranked. This game is just not the same and continues to not see any balance changes like zoe for example lol. Clearly the character is just too much and needs a nerf. Im concerned on why there has been no effort to improve this game in any aspect exsepcially when the majority of the community except the people with premade elitist groups have nothing positive to say
