fix the new champ select 6.1

hello, im writing here to see if i or we can change the new champ selection. back in season 5 or pre season 6 when you played draft pick or ranked you were given an option to ban and when you have a champ selected whatever that champ was when the time hit 0 that would be the champ that gets banned... well in the new one if you select a champ to ban and dont lock in that choice you get thrown out of the game. not only that but you get a 15 minute que time which i think that is completely dumb. lets see if we can get a change if you agree with me. thanks
