[Concept] Wukong rework
Passive: Crushing Blow Every 15 seconds, your next attack is changed into a Crushing Blow. Crushing blows have 300/350/400 range (at levels 1/5/9), deal 15 (+5 per level) (+.1 AD) bonus physical damage, and reduce the armor of the target by 20%
Basic attacks reduce the cooldown of Crushing blow by 1 second, and spell casts reduce it by 5.
Crushing Blow is a satisfying skill in its own right, and certainly has a place in Kong's kit, but it's nature is such that it can be moved to a passive in favor of a spell that is more interesting than a simple attack modifier.
Q: Stone Charm 80 mana, 16 second CD
Wukong enchants his staff and thrusts it forward up to 500/550/600/650/700 units (0.6 second windup), dealing 20/30/40/50/60 (+.2 bonus AD) physical damage and petrifying all enemies hit for 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3 seconds, stopping after the first champion. This petrification prevents movement and attacking, but allows them to attempt casting a spell. If they attempt to cast a spell while petrified, the petrify duration is reduced by 1 second and the spell they cast is nullified, going on CD without doing anything. The Petrify is removed if the target takes more than 150 (+15 per level) damage (double versus monsters), and Wukong does 25/50/75/100/125 (+.4 bonus AD) bonus physical damage on hit to petrified targets.
A decoy that casts Stone Charm will move to attack the nearest unit, prioritizing petrified champions>other champions>other units.
Alright, this will take some explaining. In "Journey to the West", Sun Wukong posessed the "Body Freezing Spell", which allowed him to magically immobilize a target of his choosing with the point of his finger. He only ever used this ability on weak enemies, so it's speculated that it was ineffective on people with high magical capabilities. Obviously, that would be a bit broken in game, so I've attached something similar to an attack with his staff.
Stone Charm is an outstanding tool in ganks; if you land it, they have two options: let the stun happen or try to purge it. If they let the stun happen, your laner has 2-3 seconds to positition for the kill. If they purge it, that's almost better, because that means they now have no spells to defend themselves with. If you are using this in a teamfight, I don't have to explain how good that is. In lane, it can be used for initiation or simply as a means to force them to burn through their mana pool under threat of assault by monkey. In the jungle, it's good for clearing, as it can petrify an entire camp, letting you burn through the large monster quickly with the bonus damage while the small ones can't damage you.
W: Decoy 50 mana, 20/19/18/17/16/15 second CD.
Wukong becomes invisible for 1.5 seconds. During this time, a duplicate continues Wukong's last command, though it doesn't do any damage or apply CC. At the end of this time, the clone spins, dealing 80/120/160/200/240 (+0.75 AP) magic damage in an area around it. If the clone hit a champion with its spin, the cooldown of Decoy is reduced by 50%.
Decoy can be cast during any basic spell. If you do this, the spell will be cancelled and the clone will continue it for you (though it won't actually do anything, it will appear to).
A clone that can do things is much more convincing than one who can only stand still. If you've played Dead by Daylight, you know what I'm talking about. Also, AP Wukong, anyone? That's a thing you can do now!
E: Nimbus Strike 60 mana, 8 second CD
Wukong dashes forward on his cloud, dealing 60/105/150/195/240 (+.8 bonus AD) physical damage to units around him on arrival and gaining 30/35/40/45/50% attack speed for four seconds after landing.
A decoy that casts Nimbus strike will move to attack the nearest unit, prioritizing petrified champions>other champions>other units.
A skillshot dash simply allows for more creative plays than a targeted one. The spell being a true AOE instead of "damaging two additional nearby enemies" improves his jungle clear, particularly Raptors (and Krugs to a lesser degree)
R: Cyclone
(You know what it does, and it's unchanged).
