Looking for duo or team

I’m currently in iron promos, but I do really well in almost all of my games, but it’s hard to win because it seems like I always get 1 or 2 tm8s that just straight up throw the game. Looking for a duo or team to climb with. (I main fizz mid and ww jg but also play top)
