RIOT IS A A BUST

So how many people have been subject to having a good run, it fun right!!! You win some matches and have some losses too but your progressing in ability and talent. You get competent teammates who are oriented in winning and you work together to win.. you achieve a league enhancement!! Yes.... Than it happens you get paired with every ass hat possible. .............. OMG what is happening your get the noobs , the Trolls, the AFk's , The I know everything about the game but I am still in B5. You cant get a single group of good teammates that seemed to be readily available as you were working up to be promoted. Riot has singled you out to hate their game unless you spend money to BOOST. I get it .. kind of. But common how can they justify their actions. Should we punished for not boosting? Should we punished with a lineage of players who are failing when we are not.
