AP Item Modifications/Item Suggestions Thread

Please post your suggestions for AP item changes here. Another thread has been opened recently about how the AP items are a little off right now: Original Post One of the Riot employees has suggested to post suggestions, so I figured I'd make a thread dedicated to that. If you could state your reasons for your suggestions (a.k.a. why it's needed, what it fixes, ext.) along with your contribution, that would be great. I hope this post goes somewhere.
