Can allies who kill Illaoi's tentacles help escape her E?

Let me explain a bit since my grammar sucks lol Um.. you know when she uses her E and then you escape it but you're under her weird spell and you have to kill liike idk 2-3 of her spawning tentacles. Sometimes my allies steal kill them before I ever get a chance too.. -_- like hey man I need to kill those things so they will stop randomly spawning next to me!!

So it would be nice if Allies who kill the spawning things would count to escape from her weird water world.
