The ar/mr based masteries in the resolve tree should be turned quest-like instead

Like precision has legend and domination has eyeball and the one that has more spellvamp the more takedowns you have, resolve should something similar such as:

The last one standing (LoS) branch:
N.B. all leveling refers to a separate leveling system like how the legend branch does it

The battered: Gain LoS xp per champion projectiles (minion and monster projectiles don't contribute) that hits you (1 per ranged auto (excludes non projectile based ranged autos like vel, thresh, rak, azir etc.), 5 per targeted projectile, 10 per skillshot)

Passive: gain 0.1% damage reduction from projectiles (max 50%)

Notes: late game tankiness stat. you need 100 levels in order to get 10% projectile damage reduction. That's 1000 skill shots, 2000 targeted projectiles or 10000 autos. tbh I think I've under tuned the numbers here but I didn't want this to be too op.

The Patient: Gain 5/3 (five-thirds) LoS xp per second. (1 level per minute)

Passive: STORE 1 ar and 1 mr per level (i.e. it's in the background but doesn't affect your stats)

Active: Use up your STORED ar and mr and add it to your stats. You can no longer gain LoS xp

Notes: wait 20 min and you can cash in for 20 free ar and mr, wait 40 min and you get 40 ar and mr. You don't get anything before you cash in though so you need to think whether you want an early defensive spike or wait for late game toughness. Numbers probably need tweaks too.

The Explorer Gain LoS xp every time you walk in the jungle or spot an enemy with a ward (Can't estimate numbers here). XP gain is faster in bush or river and if wards spot enemies in their own jungle.

Passive: +25% health and mana regen. Also, Per level gain + 1% health and mana regen

Notes: Good for jungle sustain, especially tank and mana hungry ones.
