LP Loss & Time Out

Really don't understand why this still exists.

It's pretty rare to actually ever see a dodge in ranked to begin with...(500+ S4 Ranked and only seen maybe 50).

But why should I be punished for leaving a queue where someone on my team is either trolling (90% of my dodges), or made a incredibly dumb choice (First Pick Kat gets quad countered (Just Now)).

So I get to enjoy -13 LP, a 30 minute ban, and potentially an automatic demotion if I lose my next game (would be 7th time since June) because I didn't want to deal with trolls or bad players.

This really has to stop, its not fair that I already have to deal with afks and people with 0 strategy in every other game while for whatever reason the enemy team only ever afks 8% of the time and always works togather.

The odds are already stacked against me enough as it is and I am tired or making 0 progress / regression for month after month after month because I just can't get a fair queue or have teams with better than 7-11 internet and I am certain many others are tired of this.

TLDR: Dodge penalty needs to stop, there are too many trolls with too much power right now.
