Ranking Systems

Now someone has to explain to me how a level 27....and a plat 3 player can be in the same game together....on opposite teams. The plat didnt bring the 27 in the game...everyone else in the game was 30 (both teams). Tell me that is not a HUGE fuck up. Maybe Riot should try implementing a system that would keep these much higher skilled players away from the level 27s or even Bronze ranked players for that matter...there is no reason that they should be playing in the same game. once again, broken ass League fucks it up.
