@Riot: In remakes, the players in the pre-made with the DC'd member should not be allowed to vote.
Just like the title says. If anyone in a pre-made DC's from a game, the rest of the pre-made will likely try to play out the game instead of taking the guaranteed loss, wasting the time and LP of the other players who queued up with them. They can rig the vote in their favor especially if they're a group of 3 or more to try and force everyone else to play it out and lose the game.
Examples:
2 man premade & 3 solo players. 1 player on the pre-made DC's and doesn't come back. The 3 solo players should decide to remake the game. Majority vote decides what happens. A non-vote should count as a vote for a remake. If the game ends, the pre-made takes the loss.
3 man premade & 2 man premade. 1 player on the 3 man pre-made DC's and doesn't come back. The 2 man premade should decide to remake the game. If one of them chooses to remake, the game ends and the 3 man pre-made takes the loss.
4 man premade & 1 solo player. 1 player on the pre-made DC's and doesn't come back. The one player has the final say on whether to remake or not. If the game ends, the pre-made takes the loss.
4 man premade & 1 solo player. The solo player DC's and doesn't come back. The premade decides on whether to remake. If 2 of them vote to remake, the game ends and the solo player takes the loss.
