I would rather them not rush it. I think a few more perfecting tweeks could be put in and Bard could be balanced a decent bit more considering he hasn't seen any changes yet.

My only displeasure is the fact that they're getting rid of tenacity off of Juggernaut for this new DoT change in particular. I don't think many tank players would enjoy pretty much buying merc treads nearly every time if they require tenacity. This is limiting the boot options in strategic purchases in itemization. Example: A heavy AD/Auto-attack team with heavy CC.
I could be wrong but so far this is what I'm seeing.
Riot: "Due major complaints by our player base ( lee sin players) all those listed junglers are in a fine state. So the 4.5 pbe patch won't be pushed into live."
