Can we bind emotes to the same button mastery?

I like dancing when i sgow mastery, its fun after a really good play (not just any play, the "saved whole team and turned the tide of a fight/got first turret/destroyed the enemy taking zero damage kind of plays). I wanna dance and flash mastery with one button.
