I am a Kog'Maw main and im stuck between choosing BT or BotRK for my first item. All the other discussions asking this question are all 4+ years old so im not sure what to bring for what situations.

BotRK gives everything Kog wants, namely attack speed. It also gives more on hit damage. Really though Guinsoo's Rageblade is the best first item for Kog'Maw
