OMFG 5.22 Quinn . . .
TLDR: Q needs utility. W needs to be extended (4-6 seconds) and/or buffed (40% damage reduction/slow/armor reduction) E is alright though the cooldown is long (maybe make it reduce with each attack.) R should make your first attack out of R an automatic passive. Neither Yi nor Ashe should be able to 1v1 a Quinn--especially not without their ults. ALSO-- WHOSE idea was it that her passive doesn't even crit? Why prompt her to build Crit if her passive doesn't even crit?!?
Never was I so embarrassed as a Quinn. This is the worst Quinn ever.
I read 'feast or famine' and its so serious with Quinn. She had absolutely NO utility, outside of looping around back and isolating an opponent. Yet, Ashe doesn't care if you isolate her, she shoots you down. ASHE shoots you down!!!! ASHE!
And then Yi. Forget it. This guy runs into you, and you Q him, and he kills you. No Quinn ever got so embarrassed.
Then the two useful actives is so troublesome. My e and q go on cooldown, then I'm just attacking a Yi who tears me to pieces.
I get that Q is getting updated. But a lot of work needs to be done.
First off--attacking out of R should proc her passive automatically. Not only does it make sense thematically but it would help out mechanically. Mechanically--If I land an auto and the enemy backs up then the passive goes on them, I have no speed or attack speed bonuses for attacking the enemy. If I can't catch them I lost all advantages. Thematically--If Valor is carrying me and I say let me go right here so I can attack this dude Valor should do what he always does and inform me of how this person is vulnerable.
And while we're at it boost W or something. True it's 'better' than it was before for Quinn, but it really isn't better as Valor is absent.
What's 40% movement speed when you're zone out--or worse when you're forced into a firefight. It's cool in lane. But W needs more uses. Make 40% armor reduction or something--or 40% damage reduction--or 40% slow. Or make it 4 seconds . . . since you can only reduce the passive to 3.* seconds. Or better 6 seconds so you can try to always have the passive on.
If you're supposed to burst people down with this new Quinn with a proc-e-proc-q-proc combo; you only effectively have a little more than 2 seconds of W's utility. And if the enemies have serious gold on you, they shrug that pitiful 'damage' and destroy you while you have no retaliation.
