My experience on PBE

The lack of base stats is insanely noticeable except for junglers because clearing was just made to be pretty much the same. I'm aware that this might be changed though but I feel it is healthier for the game kinda. Squishy champions should be easier to punish and they should scale better later on in comparison to fighter champions who are more effective early and fall off late a bit whatever. I did feel that tanks did not feel as tanky tho but I've only played one game and my team fed their asses off.

I see the game going towards tank meta / bully meta that can abuse the lack of base stats. Tanks can take huge advantage of low base resists and beat up everyone while bullies are bullies. Other than that there has been no changes to Summoner's Rift so it's still an early game meta. However it is PBE so I'm not sure how balanced games are because varying skill levels. Although in my experience I have had only good games except for a few rage quitting Mexicans, Spaniards, and Latinos.

Stuff: I've had a lot of fun with Glacial Augment AP Varus Glaical Augment + Hextech GLP-800 Support builds have a ton more variety, Guardian works with ranged abilities Phase Rush Tahm Kench Arcane Comet is cool but boring Ingenious Hunter on any support feels so good Zombie Ward and Ghost Poro are nice
