what if the lotus Orb was in LOL

i was looking at items from DOTA2 and came across this little powerful item....

Applies a shield to the target unit which re-casts most targeted spells back to their caster. The shielded unit will still take damage from the spell. Dispels negative buffs when applied. Duration: 6 Cast Range: 900

i wonder how riot would balance it.Its times like this i kinda wish riot put more interesting items that just weren't about stats.not that i really like dota2 but maybe some things in dota would be worth to put in the game.....
