Once Le blanc ll be at 42% winrate globaly Replace her passive with this

Replacement to old passive

Every Xth ability used in near enemy proximity (1500 range) or an ultimate cast makes Le blanc stealth for 0.1 second and spawns a clone (Functions just as current clone when spawned by mimic) (This is how her basicly her R works atm apart from not being the last ability you casted and RR part )

• Some balance notes

• Proximity is there so that she cant stack it in base or by being passive, Le blanc is never passive fits well etc
• Xth ability.. Could be every 10th ability doesnt matter what you guys decide if you roll with this
• We cant have both her old passive and clone Mimic spawn due to clone controls colliding so thats why its combined
• Note that we could even do some special stuff when for example every 10th ability happend to be an ultimate, like clone repeating more of your casts or something else cool entirely. Else if you use 10th ability you spawn a clone and then if you use an ultimate a previous clone dissapears which might be annoying which is why I reccomend fusion at that point (which is more deceptive clone / any benefit someone can think of).

Other alternative extras when Nth and Ultimate happend to be same ability

• Longer stealth duration (1 second) - This could be that benefit..
• Suggests some ll put good suggestions here

Thats it. This ll put her winrate at balanced state

I ll bump this once she reaches 42% winrate (Which is my estimation) AFTER a revert which has 6 nerfs attached to it

And to meddler

Le blanc is a Juke Combo Assassin. Thats her identinity. She is losing way to much jukes with a revert. Making her more jukey with rework wasnt a failure, I was sceptical to but it wasnt a failure. Definetly do not remove successful things about a rework even if you guys deemed rework as a whole unhealthy.

Whats her reverted compensation for a delay. Nothing, literaly nothing.

You are delaying her one shot combos by backloading her RQ and E2. yet she is losing her mini stealth on demand for a dumb passive gimmick

If there is one thing which has no place in league its her old passive. And this is coming from someone who juked roughly 10 000 times wiht her old passive. Yep 10 000 and I still consider it a dumb non intiuitive gimmick which very few players on Earth could consistently Exploit and therefore it has no place in League.

#Deciding when to spawn a clone is important

I dont wanna go back to stone age when I have to drop to low hp to get my clone

If you need to take her power budget at any point this are good non iritating nerfs

• Even Slower Distortion. Even at her slower distortion speed it was basicly undodgeable you can go further
• Q CD reduced to 10,9,8,7,6 from 6 at all levels (good ulti nerf replacement)
• Root duration reduced to 1 second from 1.5 (Le blanc is extremly anti melee, I feel bad for them..). You could also make it scale 1.0,1.1....
