Diana is broken.

Please take a look at the match i posted. if you watch gameplay you can tell diana is completely broken. I don't know is just this match for some reason but her q probably did more than 700+ damage at level 13. Even the player that playing diana agreed with me that she is completely broken. Not just teemo, yasuo level broken. It's a next level broken where she can take out a FED tank easily.
