Counterplay suggestion for Stacking Champs

So I had an idea on how to make playing against champs like Nasus and Veigar less frustrating. The current issue I've found against these champions is that more often than not, no matter how badly they do during the initial laning phases of gameplay, they tend to scale up to become a major threat regardless. Nasus can just sit top until the day ends and stack endlessly unless the team collapses onto him, which is a problem because it means that the rest of his team can go get objectives while all of that happens.

Anyway, my suggestion is to make their stacking passives work like mejai where upon death, they lose a number of their stacks. This would force them to play more carefully as opposed to having the ability to push objectives and gain stacks without caring about dying because there isn't much for them to lose. I'm thinking losing 10% stacks per death wouldn't be too harsh.

This all came to mind as I was watching a video of NB3 doing Nasus jungle and wrecking people with 1300 damage Qs lol.

No. You would need to completely compensate Nasus for such a high risk/low reward system

dont bother messing with him. he's still gonna stack. KILL HIS FAMILY. - Dong Huap

this still holds true. only kill him as he pushes in to ur turret blindly aka free kill.
