Is it normal to not get accepted to PBE for over 6 months... Since I applied a long time ago and I was inactive and now I'm way more active. Am I able to reapply to PBE since I really want to be apart of the community

It goes out in waves and junk, and it's pretty random. Took me around a year to get into it (Vel'koz was the head honcho then), but I know some friends that got into it the week they signed up for it :P
I applied back when Sona was getting her rework, didn't get in until quite a while after it had gone live.
