A few QOL changes for Karthus please?

Just saying that perhaps Karthus could get a couple Quality of life changes for his kit that might help him out.

1. Allow us to pick the target of Luden's echo proc for Requiem

    Currently, Luden's Echo works really weird with Karthus's ult in that I will proc on whoever was First pick in champ select (it's been like this since before Riot changed how the scoreboard is organized, so I don't think you can even see who is first pick). Perhaps we could be able to change who gets hit with the luden's proc somehow? Maybe have the target be whoever is top of the enemy scoreboard and moving the scoreboard around to change targets?
   

2. An indicator for whoever is low enough to get ulted

    Yes, it's been discussed before about how something like that could be misleading and possibly considered a "Noob Trap", but it could also help consider when would be a good time to ult to perhaps make the enemy waste a summoner spell which might turn the tables for your allies. 
   

3. Make Karthus speak globally during the ult!

    It makes 0 sense how champs like Kalista get to have a global sound when she uses her black spear on someone in her base for an ability that ISN'T EVEN GLOBAL, and Karthus doesn't get to have global lines for his ult. Riot has stated that some of his lines are too long for other languages for this to work, well then DON'T USE THOSE PARTICULAR LINES FOR THE ULT. Karthus has enough short lines that he can use them for his ult. 
   

Some short lines he can use:

"Hear me, mortals!" "Die!" "Surrender!" "Perish!" "Cease to be!"

I'm just saying, some of his lines are short enough to where they shouldn't be too long in other languages.
