More game modes and maps that would better train summons
On the summoners rift most summoners in bronze and silver want to team fight and not take tower objectives. Many summoners will not know how to auto attack champions when they engage just their abilities. They will run and not kite and leave others for dead. Many will not know which enemy summoners to target. I suggest on the summoners rift make towers more gold than killing summoners. Maybe summoner kill could be worth 35 and towers 300. Perhaps the creeps could be worth more too because summoners like to group in one lane after their lanning phase and neglect creep kill and just chase after summoners. Many think its vitally important to kill dragon and baron. Perhaps these two should be an even less reason to want to kill because many time summoners don't know when to take these objectives and cause the team to lose the game.
A game mode and map without towers and creeps, I believe would train summoners to auto attack champions. Fast games 1v1 or3v3. This will help summons learn how to play their champs, to know target ranges, which champs to target and it would help them understand what they should do for item builds instead of building attack speed first or boots or manna.
A game mode where champion kills there is no gold rewards just for creeps and towers. This will help summoners the importance of creep kills and they will see it will better their champion grade after the game. They will get the snowball affect in their game. summoners will take more interest in tower objective and take more interest in the goal of the game which is to destroy enemy nexus and not merely killing champs
Perhaps a game mode with a shared neutral objective, its benefit is small, maybe a buff for an individual champion that will allow this champion to have extra health or faster health regeneration which would give him enough time to kill a champion (champions worth 0 gold) in order to push back enemy team to take a tower. This would get each team to focus which champion they would want to have this buff on and which champion they would go after. They would also be forced to focus on the right time to take this buff or they risk dying and losing a tower. They would also be more smart about taking this objective in the sense they would know when to abandon it and turn on the enemy team.
