Since Autofill is a thing

Can we please add a second mandate to Ranked?

1. You must own 16 champions.
2. You must own 2 champs for each classification, as noted by their "Main" designation.

I'm seeing not-infrequently "I only have one ADC" or "I don't own any tanks." This doesn't seem too oppressive since the existing goal mandates you own 6 champs beyond the second limit.

And to assist in this, when you mouse-over Ranked and it says "You must own 16 champs" it can list what your count is in each category.
