Binding Knight's Vow to the same target (again) shouldn't put the item on a 90 second cooldown
I know that if a champion builds both Zeke's Convergence and Knights vow, they can bind both of them to the same target(Ex: Taric can link Zeke's Convergence and Knight's Vow to Ezreal). I noticed that there is a about a 1 second cooldown between changing link targets with Zeke's Convergence(while it is not on cooldown), and I understand why there is a 90-second cooldown between changing Knight's vow targets(because damage mitigation/redirection is very crucial in between team fights). However, I found it odd that casting knight's vow on the same target AGAIN will put the item on a 90-second cooldown. I thought that this interaction seemed counter-intuitive, since if you are about to team fight and accidentally toggle knight's vow on the same target(Ex: Taric has knight's vow, is linked to Ezreal, and 90 seconds later he links to the ALREADY linked Ezreal by accident, yet Knights Vow is put on a 90 second cooldown again). I just don't believe that Knight's vow should go on a 90-second cooldown if you accidentally link to the same target you were linked to before. I was wondering if Knight's Vow could instead be put on a reduced cooldown (so that people don't spam the link as it makes a sound effect that could be potentially annoying if there was a 0-second cooldown when binding again to the already linked target). I learned about this interaction when playing ARAM(Butcher's Bridge at the time) as Braum; I had Knights vow and was linked to my Kogmaw. However, I accidentally linked to Kogmaw again(putting the item on a 90-second cooldown), and he ended up dying a few moments later( I don't remember if he was caught out or if we were teamfighting). Had Knight's Vow not been put on a 90-second cooldown, I could have then changed the link to our Quinn, and make good use of my Knights Vow link, but instead, I had to watch as we fought a 4v5 in which my Knight's Vow active was basically nonexistent. Sorry for my poor grammar, but I was wondering what other people thought about this quality of life change suggestion.
