Length of time to start a game

Riot, I enjoy the game. I love the new game selection where you choose which 2 lanes you want. I'm sure you know this but it can take a long time to get into a game. You might consider:

1. reducing the ban time down to like 20 seconds each. If you don't know what to ban, another 15-20 seconds isn't going to help
2. Instead of each person getting 35 seconds to pick their champ, you might go back to where every 2 people get 35 seconds to pick. There are 4 sets of 2 when you pick, that would reduce the time down 140 seconds.
