Let's Discuss Ezreal

So Ezreal is probably my most played ADC and I'm currently at a loss on whether you should take blade and spell weaving in masteries or stick with the classic ADC masteries. I heard Ezreal procs the weaving so I'm not sure. If so, why would you take one masteries page over the other? For example: Blade and spell for more duel? What's better overall.
