Stat-check Champions Should be Higher on the Rework List

Jax, Shyvana, Udyr, Kayle, etc. Super un-interactive gameplay, usually completely lacking in meaningful counterplay. These champs are far worse than the "didn't hit the mark" champions. At least a Galio is useless except in very niche situations. Jax is and always has been very strong. Kayle is disgusting. Shyv and Udyr are not meta but become problems the second they are meta.
