@repertoir - Increasing Soraka Skill expression equals to: less unfair healings + happiness
Hey Repertoir! I will try to make it short! See what you think about that suggestion [main soraka for years here that don't want her to be gutted neither buffed because of the current problems]
1- Make starcall a skill with a 1 second casting time with a super fast falling speed that if you miss you will face a huge cooldown [like 16 seconds] 2- Adjust starcall range and falling speed so it increases with Soraka level [so it becomes reliable mid - late and compensate the fact that missing is really bad] 3- Landing starcall buffs Soraka with powerful stats for a short while. Landing 2 or more starcalls in a row on the same target buff those stats even further and refreshes the buffs [increased MS, Rejuvenation and some other small things]. 4- Healing cooldown now is very high [16 seconds] and can stack up to 2 with a special mechanic [like corki missile but can't stack more than 1 without her special mechanic] 5- Landing starcall allow Soraka to receive 2 astral infusions stacks with almost no cooldown. 6- Landing starcall refreshes the cooldown of the ongoing astral infusion. 7- Soraka casting times decreases with her bonus % mana regen 8- Nerf soraka base mana regen.
New additional passive: If soraka land 2 starcalls in the same enemy while close to an ally she will permanently receive some %bonus mana regen.
