As in the title what do you think is the most freelo champion in the current patch? So if we played two players of equal skills and one used said freelo champ and the other any other champ the freelo champ would still roll. Feel free to use rank to distinguish between champs. Like kat is freelo hardcore in bronze but in higher ranks she's not as big a deal.

Depends. If the other players in the match are really bad, there are a few champs that can capitalize on that really heavily (for example, Kat or Yi or Akali). However, if you assume that both teams are bad, both players could simply pick those types of "pubstomper" champs.
Or in some cases, whoever got to pick second could counter pick - for example, someone like Malzahar could shut down Kat pretty hard.
There really aren't any champs that are a guaranteed win no matter what.
if your playing mid against any type of champ that relies on jumping on you (assassins) or roaming (again assassins and some mages) pick malz and laugh

or . I actually used to main Lissandra and once I got the gist of using her, I started to completely destroy late game. Yes, laning phase is boring as literal fuck if you're against someone who goes lots of damage, but as long as you can sustain, and farm, your late game is terrifyingly OP. That, and the fact that her Q is the fucking most absurd ability I've ever actually used. Malzahar, however, I have seen NUMEROUS times in midlane (not as Lissandra, just in general) and that GOD FORSAKEN ULTIMATE in combination with his silence literally guarantees the kill, holy shit.
I also think is a freelo champion but I'm not quite in the right mood to argue about her right now :P.
Master Yi is always, always good. His effectiveness goes down the higher you go, because people aren't as dumb, but you can never go wrong with him. A very solid champion.
