Is it possible next season to make an option to show %health a champion has?

What I mean by this is right now the enemy health bar is just the enemy color and no numbers unless you click them and check. What if on the health bar we could have an option to have it show his/her %health remaining or perhaps even the actual health similar to how Baron and Dragon show it.

Why ever would we need this change? There is so much %max, missing, and current health interacting abilities nowadays that could be a huge change for clarity and outplay potential. Irelia for example, if the enemy has more %current health than her she stuns them with E.
