Balanced Champion

Why do people think Ekko is so OP? Really, all he has is a passive with high base damage that gives a burst of movement speed, a huge shield, a stun, high % slow, 3 second CD dash, and an ult that heals him to full hp and deals 1500 damage. What's wrong with that kit? Seems to me like he is perfectly balanced.
