Nunu or Chogath should not be allowed to execute the poroking or deal bonus true damage

But how many years now has it been with poroking or Ascension where Nunu or Chogath were allowed to utterly tilt the balance of a mode. Just because they had an ability off cd? It wasn't too long ago when Riot changed Xerath in Ascension so that Nunu was not allowed to deal the killing blow with his Q. Chogath however remained unaffected by this. But the point remains valid here.

Basic or ultimate abilities should have no bonus effect on the Poroking. If anything make it where Nunu's Q deals 50% reduced damage to the King and cannot deal damage with Q when the King is below 50% health. Otherwise you have instances of where your team or enemy team with the Nunu basically wins. Just because they had the 1 champion capable of dealing insane damage to the King.
