Not counting games that are obvious quits right after the 5 min mark that only lasts one mineut

It makes no sense with the toxic community of bronze and silver that you don't do this I get a dc every 3 games at least and I just got demoted to silver v because of it I cant climb the ladder because of stupid people that mess up and just quit and I'm pretty sure you don't ban them for this because it happens way too often for people to be scared its ridiculous last game a shaco got killed by krugs at 5:10 and just quit so of course we got snowballed and couldn't win there was no chance for a come back u need to do something about the toxic nature of ranked in lower elos anything please or ill be silver forever and I don't wanna keep spending money and time on this game just to be trolled
