Ward Skins should have IP sales on weekends just like chromas

I remember around s3 I think when ward skins were introduced(lux,draven and soraka) it was a nice new fancy thing to have but today they are pretty common and there's a lot of them,so back then RP price was understandable but after 4 and half years we still can't buy them with IP? Why not make ward sale weekend where we can buy ward skins with IP just like chromas but for maybe little higher price lets say 4000IP?
