Suggestion: Abstained votes for early FF@15.
Currently, the system is designed to make sure a unanimous vote occurs for a early FF to work. The problem I am experiencing with the system is when an early FF goes up, and the vote is 4-0-1. Yes, the vote is 4 people saying yes, and 1 person not voting.
WHY ON EARTH DOES THE SYSTEM COUNT AN ABSTAINED VOTE AS A NO? If a person chooses to not vote, that vote should not be considered in the total. I'm perfectly ok with someone voicing their opinion and saying yes and making it a 4-1. If this happens, the logic of the system and design choice falls into play. However, when people abstain in voting matters, they aren't for or against the idea of suggestions, and are counted and considered, but not in the total for or against.
For example, if implemented, and a team chooses 4 for yes, and one person doesn't vote, that one vote will be considered as an abstained, noted, but then removed from the 5 required yes's. Afterwards, the total unanimous required would still be 100% of 4 total votes remaining, and the game would end because 4of4 voted yes, because one abstained.
I think Riot should consider this move to count people who do not vote as abstained because it makes sense to me in a real voting situation to have abstained votes not count as either no's or yes's. Honestly, I would still push for a majority vote of 4-1 in an early FF to prevent the one troll from keeping people in game, but I would settle on abstained voting.
