Why does skarner's new passive need 3 procs from an ability when only 2 of his abilities proc the passive? Give his W an auto attack for proccing the passive at least once. Please and thank you skarner should not be shit tier in the tank jungle meta
First he is noot a shit in the tank Jungle meta...
Second his marks long 5s and his Q have a 3.5s CD and every AA down the cd in 1s on enemy champs, so the idea is E+Q+aa+Q+aa = stun
With some extra cd can be more easiy proc the cc.
A better idea can be that his E add 2 stacks instead of 1, but can turn very opressive in the late game.
