Has Anyone Else Noticed Top is Always the... Troubling Lane?
Of the recently reworked champions, excluding the large ADC revamp,
are all top laners, who all had problems or were outdated. Many of those,
, still have some problems, big or small.
What are some prime bans right now?
, who are all primarily or secondarily top laners.
What lane has the most diversity? Almost always its top lane. Top lane is the left over lane, where champions go if they don't fit the specific niches of the other 3 lanes. If your not able to jg, an adc, able to support well, or a damage/control carry, you will go top. Tanks can go top, mages can go top, fighters can go top, assassins can go top, really anything goes in the top lane. A lot of the "broken" champs are in the top lane too.
Riot spends a lot of time balancing champions in the top lane, but usually to no avail. Just an observation.
