Ranked Team Pick Order.

I find it really annoying not being able to arrange pick order in a team ranked match. You can only choose your first pick. Most people don't have all champions to switch with the other players and we always find ourselves sacrificing a possible counter because the last player of the team turns out to be our support or jungler. It's a really obvious and stupid feature. At least respect the order in which we are placed when we create the team and join the queue so we can place ourselves accordingly.
