Teemo rework?

Just wondering if he is included in the marksman reworks.

He could be pretty cool, a sneaky AP based anti-marksman.

I personally propose one thing.

If Teemo builds Liandrys, he will wear it like a mask, crying joyous tears of blood whenever he scores a kill.
