Queue times are way too long if you don't pick support!

I have been waiting for 22 minutes as Mid/Jungle, this is unbelievable, even my last queue was 14 minutes, If I play 4 games in a day and don't play support I HAVE to wait at least an hour to play these games, please have a fix for this, even the old team builder was faster, this Is just too long and putting these new queues in the game were the worst thing. Honestly, having to be support because you were last pick was better than just picking off your roles and waiting 30 mins, if we could pick our roles and it was fast though, it would've been good.
