banning system?

like how there's voting in OFA. imagine voting on bans. majority wins, but in a tie highest pick will determine. so if there's an AFK at the bathroom you still get a ban. and, if the first pick is inexperienced with the most recent meta you still get to majority out their vote :D

you could probably even lessen the ban phase timer. instead of 40 seconds to ban, you could have 15 seconds to vote. no vote = abstain.

(if this system were established, there should be a visual difference between the banning champs selected, and selecting a champ for picks)
