Can I be reported for unintentionally feeding?

Everyone has a bad game once in a while. I wouldn't worry about getting banned for it.
No. If you are legitimately trying to win, and you are being blown up in .1 second by a leblanc, that isnt really something you can do something about.
In that scenario though, i would suggest sending a wind wall when you think she is going to jump on you, because it will block her Q and Rq if she is using it.
getting 100-0 repeatedly is fine, you will only be punished for inting if:
you purposely do things to hinder the team you purposefully die without reason
its all about intent. as long as youre not trying to troll your team and stop them from winning, then by all means go 0-25-0

No and if they say they are gonna report you for feeling just say "muted" mute them then at the end of the match report them for being a toxic whore who needs to shut their hole
For champs like Fizz and Leblanc who got 2 kills on you, it may be best to play safe and grab some MR and complete a hexdrinker to reduce their one shot potential. Once they get 
and you don't have any bonus MR your life will suck.
As for the question, Yes, you will get reported. But nothing will likely happen to you since the system detects people who false report and weeds them out. Most people are reasonable and understand that you aren't inting but rather just trying to play league of legends which leblanc says "no you will not play league of legends, at least not in color that is".
